Handles are hunter orange for high visibility.  When not being use as a skinning knife, the deer skinner makes a perfect camp knife.

The JERO P3 Series of knives were developed to be a hard working, quality knife that was both economical and dependable for daily use by butchers or restaurant staff.  Blades are constructed of high-carbon German stainless steel and machine sharpened to produce a precise edge.  Handles are constructed of dense commercial grade polymers with a very slight texture for added grip.  The polymers are injected molded onto the tang and blade of the knife for a secure and seamless fit. Handle design allows for a variety of hand positions, and the narrow shape allows the knife to fit most flat scabbards use in meat processing facilities.  The P3 Series has been one of the longest running series in production with many commercial and home users depending on the P3 line of quality knives.
