Jero 12" round steel with solid core and regular cut (note: not as aggressive regular cut as other brands). Features an easy to grip round handle with stainless steel hang ring. Polymer handle is constructed of commercial grade impact and temperature resistant polymers.  Ideal steel for meat processing and kitchen knives.
